Abammectin is an anti-nematode drug, with a rate of 94% to 100% in the removal of ascaris, strongyloides rubrosuis, strongyloides lamberti, trichocephalus, oesophagostoma, posterior strongyloides, and adult and immature worm bodies of corylococci odontoides. It is also very effective in the intestinal trichinus spiralis (muscle trichinus spiralis is not effective), and has a good control effect on blood lice and sarcoptessuis. It has no effect on fluke and tapeworm. In addition, abamectin, as an insecticide, has broad-spectrum activity against aquatic and agricultural insects, mites, and fire ants.
Concurrent use with ethamizine may produce severe or fatal encephalopathy.
Antibiotics. It is used to treat nematode disease, acariasis and parasitic insect disease of domestic animals.
Pouring or rubbing: A single dose, 0.1ml per 1kg body weight for horses, cattle, sheep and pigs, poured from the shoulder back along the dorsal center line. For dogs and rabbits, the inner parts of both ears should be rubbed.
No adverse reactions have been observed according to the prescribed usage and dosage.
