Pharmacodynamic damamycin belongs to aminoglycoside antibiotics, and has moderate inhibitory effect on a variety of gram-negative bacilli, such as escherichia coli, salmonella, shigella, proteus and so on. It is sensitive to streptococcus, pneumococcus, staphylococcus epidermidis and some mycoplasma (such as mycoplasma gallinarum, mycoplasma turkey, mycoplasma synovialis, etc.). It is mostly insensitive to streptococcus viridis and staphylococcus aureus. It is usually resistant to pseudomonas aeruginosa and treponemas. Intestinal bacteria are widely resistant to megamycin, but do not show cross-resistance with streptomycin. Lincomycin has good antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria, such as clostridium, peptococcus, peptostreptococcus, clostridium tetanus, clostridium perfringens and most actinomyces. Lincomycin mainly acts on the 50s subunit of bacterial ribosomes, which affects protein synthesis by inhibiting the extension of peptide chain.
Pharmacokinetics only 7% of lincomycin is absorbed after internal administration, but it maintains a high concentration in the gastrointestinal tract. The tissue concentration of the drug is lower than the serum concentration. It is not easy to enter the cerebrospinal fluid or the eye, and the binding rate of plasma protein is not high. Most drugs are excreted by glomerular filtration in their original form. The bioavailability of lincomycin is 30% ~ 40% with poor absorption in oral administration. The absorption rate and amount of lincomycin could be reduced by mixed feeding. Chickens were given 50mg of this product (dissolved in drinking water) per kg of body weight for 7 days. During the test, the plasma lincomycin reached 0.14 μ g/ml, while the concentration of daguanmycin was extremely small. After 7 days of the test, it exceeded 0.1μg/ml.
1. Combined with lincomycin, it can significantly increase the antibacterial activity against mycoplasma and expand the antibacterial spectrum.
2. The combination of lincomycin and anticholinesterase drugs can reduce the efficacy of the latter.
3. Combined with erythromycin has antagonistic effect.
Antibiotics. For Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasma infection.
