Sensitive Gram-negative bacteria are Haemophilus, meningococci, Pasteurella and so on. The activity against actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella and mycoplasma of livestock and poultry is stronger than tylosin.95%of Pasteurella hemolyticus strains were sensitive to this product.
Pharmacokinetic rapid absorption after internal administration, characterized by strong tissue penetration,large volume of distribution (greater than 2L/kg).The concentration is high in the lung,the elimination half-life can reach 1~2 days,and the effective blood concentration is maintained for a long time.
(1) The combination of this product and epinephrine can increase the death of pigs.
(2) It has the same target as other macrolides and lincoamines,and should not be used at the same time.
(3) The combination of β-lactam shows antagonistic effect.
